This year we will be focusing on tackling health and social care inequalities amidst an ever-increasing cost of living crisis. We will address the following questions:

  • What are the health and social care challenges in relation to multiple long-term issues that are facing the public and the community?
  • How are people directly affected in the communities?
  • How can the public and community leaders direct and provide their views and expertise
  • How can we work with the research community to address this. How can this lead to new policies and lasting change?

We are keen to hear from the public interested in learning more about research in their community and health and social care practitioners and community leaders.

The morning will include some short seminars of previous research and views of the researchers, participants and practitioners involved. There will also be an opportunity to network with delegates and showcase your ideas for potential projects in a poster session.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

We are looking for people/community organisations or charities who would like to present posters or showcase their work at the event. If you are interested please get in touch.
