It suggests ways that day centres can communicate and share information about themselves and the communication routes that might help them to do that. It includes case studies and examples, some of which are downloadable as separate documents. The Hub provides resources for day centres for older people and the professionals and organisations who refer or signpost to them, and those who make funding decisions about them. It does not provide contact information about individual day centres and the services they provide. It is not a guide on how to set up and run a day centre.
