How to enhance your change efforts by considering the social nature of change. In this new online course, we’re zeroing in on trust and power to help you better understand and strengthen your relationships — which are at the core of all change efforts.

This course is hosted by the Center for Implementation Science, Torronto, Canada. It was designed for implementation teams in all sectors, and what they teach will be especially helpful for teams that provide implementation support. But this close look at power and trust is relevant for broader audiences and many types of situations. Everyone is welcome!
