Discussion and learning are focused on day centre settings for different groups of adults who would like to continue to live in the community, including day centres for older people, and others with care and support needs, including those arising from dementia, complex disabilities or long-term conditions, end of life support needs, and homelessness.
This forum is part of the work of the National Institute for Health Research Applied Research Collaboration (NIHR ARC) South London. The NIHR funds local collaborations to support applied health research and research on implementation of health and care evidence into day-to-day practice. NIHR ARCs support applied health and care research that responds to, and meets, the needs of local populations and local health and care systems.
