Supporting our workforce during Covid-19 - What helped and what hindered? Lessons and learning from three organisations’ experience

Dr Mary Docherty, consultant liaison psychiatrist at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, professor Nick Sevdalis, Centre for Implementation Science, at King's College London and Barbora Krausova, senior projects officer at King's Improvement Science will present the development and rapid implementation of a staff support programme developed and implemented across three NHS Trusts at the early phase of the Covid-19 pandemic. They will share their approach to a rapid, pragmatic evaluation of the programme, and how the evaluation can be used to inform decisions regarding the programme's ongoing sustainability during the Covid-19 pandemic – and beyond.
